We began the new design of the brochure display as part of a re-branding campaign for Vanderbilt. The blue clouds and green field, a reiteration of the Vanderbilt colors, give the piece a strong and inviting presence in the sales environment. It also provides a unifying context for the diversity of mortgage options. Perhaps of most importance to you, we produced this as a retro-fitted product, to reduce cost and maximize value.
